Sport betting Agents Complain of low patronage from customers

Bet Agents in Ilorin have complained about low patronage by customer, they said that there was a sudden reduction in the number of customers patronizing them.

An owner of a Bet9ja shop in the Sango area of Ilorin, Mr. Segun Adekunle commented that the number of customers has reduced compared to few months ago.

He said that customers were no more patronizing them. He added that they no longer experience long queue like before and only few people came to stake games.

Mr Dayo Moses, who is also a Bet9ja agent said that the few customer that patronized them only went for low amount.

He also said that people were not ready to stake high. He added further that people now staked with N100 unlike before when customers staked as high as N5,000 for games.

Mr Taofeek Sulaiman, who is a Nairabet agent at Fate, Ilorin also said that his shop was no longer busy with the influx of customers.

He also said that everybody now struggled to play the game unlike before that he used to control the crowd at his shop. He added further that the situation was discouraging as everywhere remained scanty.

Mr folorunsho Alabi, a BetKing agent attributed the reduction in patronage to the just concluded festive period and the unfavorable uneconomic situation of the country.
