The FCMB Online Banking was introduced by the First City Monument Bank to facilitate the banking process among its customers. With FCMB Online banking, you can send money and assess all other transaction features 24/7.
To Start using this process follow the below mentioned steps;
- Visit the FCMB Online banking page at https://ibank.fcmb.com/and click on Register Now
- Read and agree with the FCMB Online Terms and Condition
- Fill The FCMB Online Banking Registration Form carefully and correctly.
- You will be required to input the following;
- Account Number
- Account Name
- Mobile Number
- Email Address
- Login name (Username)
- You are advised to register using your card details because without it you can only view your account balance, If you have an FCMB debit card, select yes and proceed and fill in the remaining fields that includes:
- Card Type
- Card Pan (Card Number)
- Expiry date
- After filling every field go ahead and submit, if your details are correct your account will be created and you can start using the FCMB Online Banking service instantly to send money.
You can easily use this service through your mobile phone by downloading the FCMB Online Token app that is available in the App store for Both Android and IOS devices, See below steps on how to;
- Download and install the FCMB Online Token App from your app store.
- After installation, the IMEI number of your phone shall be displayed on the screen to prove that the app was successful installed.
- Visit theFCMB Online banking page at https://ibank.fcmb.com/ and log in.
- Click on the Mobile Phone Token Menu in your account.
- Choose Mobile Token Registration.
- Type in the IMEI number of the phone that was displayed on your
- Select your Phone type from the list provided.
- Select the account to be debited.
- Choose how to receive your verification code, either through SMS, Email or Token Code.
- Input the code sent and your password and then click Register.
- If ‘Registration Successful’ is displayed, the token fee will be debited from your account and an activation code will be sent to your email and phone number.
- Open the FCMB online Token App and type in the 4 digit activation code received as an SMS or Email.
- Set your password and once again agree to the Terms and Conditions and you are good to go.
You can also send money by dialing a USSD code from your mobile phone;
- Simply Dial *329*Amount*Account number# and follow the on-screen steps to complete the transfer.
